Sr. Plant Performance Engineer

Direct / Staff Position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

We’re looking for a Sr. Plant Performance Engineer with stable work history and job-dedication.

 

You’ll be responsible for monitoring plant performance, identifying gaps in performance and making recommendations, providing solutions in the areas of plant production, plant yields, asset utilization and product quality. 

 

You’ll need to have the ability and willingness to move into operations management.

 

  • Monitor plant performance / recommend solutions.
  • Provide process engineering for projects associated with plant performance.
  • Train operations staff on recommended best operating practices.
  • Collaborate with other PPE (plant performance engineers) to insure best practices are deployed across facilities.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
